How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email hello@speaktohalo.com with subject "Delete my account" from the email tied to your account. We process deletions within 30 days and send written confirmation when done.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on Supabase servers. Voice audio is processed in real-time by Google Gemini and not retained. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Is Halo a replacement for therapy?
